After doing a hour long run the clutch fan turn easily and the condenser fan was seized. The engine works great on a nice cool day in Alberta, but when there are things that are not working the way they should they show up on a very hot day in a traffic jam. I’ve got 70,000km on my general grabber ATX tires. I live in eastern Canada and have had them on my 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor since I bought it in early July of that year. Rotated tires every oil change. It’s my daily driver to work, but I also haul 2 ATV’s on a 14 foot steel trailer, and take the truck back old woods roads for hunting and fishing. Winters here see more icy conditions than snow, however in deep snow the first two winters these tires were absolute beasts. I could go through anything. This past winter they felt less reliable, and I will need to replace them by the end of this summer. Durability- fantastic Quiet ride- fantastic Basic off road stuff- decent Snow- amazing Ice- not as “grippy” as I expected, and any time there was a threat of icy roads 4wd was always on. After reading that they’re one of the most durable, quiet, and capable in snow- I’ll be buying another set this winter that’ll last me another 3 years. 👍🏼

I’ve had mine since new in 1999. Now 470,000kms. The variable ride height suspension died so we changed to stiffer coils, torsion bars and Konis all round. It has a fixed 2” lift now. It’s a brilliant car, but fuel consumption is atrocious, giving a range of just over 600kms on its 140L tanks. In Australia that’s almost useless for outback touring. Fitting headers didn’t help but it now sounds awesome. Next step is Unichip.

I was seeing 230 on the highway, and it would usually spike to 250F when I exit the highway for a fuel stop! No wonder these things have a rep for eating head gaskets!
